You may remember Firemint from popular mobile games such as Real Racing and the extremely addictive Flight Control. Publisher Square Enix have announced today the formation of a new subsidiary focused on the smartphone market. Named Hippos Lab, it began operations on March 7th and is concerned with the planning, development and management of smartphone content. The 'insanely addictive' iOS smash hit Doodle Jump is set to be released for Kinect on Xbox 360 in the future, developer Lima Sky have announced.
