Just to be clear from the start; Splinter Cell: Conviction is not like its predecessors. It’s not even a distant cousin to the prequels. Its more like… an angry uncle. A very angry uncle. After being trapped in development hell for four years since its initial announcement in May 2007, the iconic Mr. Fisher has gone from a ragged, tramp-like figure all the way to what is now possibly his coole... more.

Chaos Rising is the sixth instalment in Relic's flagship series and continues where Dawn of War II left off. Before I start, I want to mention that one of the main appeals of Chaos Rising is the intense storyline; however without spoiling this I can’t really say too much but just know that the plot is of epic proportions! So you just won the war on Typhon, now we get to go back and have tea and ... more.
  • Lazy Raiders Review

Lazy Raiders is the latest title from Sarbakan Studios, a company not exactly renowned for quality. Previous titles include Back at the Barnyard: Hide 'n' Go Milk, The Incredibles: Save the Day! and Littlest Pet Shop: My Teeniest Town. It is something of a change of pace for the studio then, as their latest game Lazy Raiders, is actually rather fun. You control lead charater Dr. Diggabone, or ra... more.

Trials HD is developer Red Lynx’s first Xbox Live Arcade title, released originally during 2009’s ‘Summer of Arcade’ promotion; the concept is simple - get the player-controlled dirt bike from one end of the track to the other, with as little accidents as possible and whilst travelling at the fastest speed you can. It’s also probably worth mentioning; if you plan on getting this, make su... more.

2009 was a great year for the PlayStation Network and Hustle Kings was voted one of the best games on the PlayStation 3 last year. Not since Bankshot Billiards have we seen a decent  pure Pool game on any platform until now. In HD this game is truly one of the best out there with features like screenshot captures, YouTube uploads and a punishing career mode. For just £7.99 this game was a must-b... more.

God of War 3 is Santa Monica Studios’ third venture into the ever-violent, ever-vengeful and ever-epic world of Kratos. God of War 3 picks up directly after the ending of God of War 2, with our hero storming Mount Olympus, with a score of gigantic titans at his side. It has been 23 years since Sam & Max were unleashed upon the world and 17 since their first outing into the video game industry. Technology has come a long way since then but that hasn’t changed our anthropomorphic friends. The characters of Sam & Max have stayed true to their origins throughout their journeys through time (and space) and The Devil’s Playhouse is no exception! For thos... more.

If you had pre-ordered Heavy Rain then you would have recieved The Taxidermist free, however it is also now available on the PlayStation Store. The Taxidermist sees one of the games main characters Madison Page in one chapter on her own. In the chapter you visit one house in search of the Origami Killer. Normally I would go into great depth when reviewing, however in the case of The Taxiderm... more.
